  • Why am I not receiving any email communication?
    Sometimes, a email servers block the delivery of our email campaigns. This is known as a bounced email. A Hard Bounce occurs when a permanent issue prevents the email from being delivered. Reasons include: Invalid email address. Recipient’s domain doesn't exist. Spelling errors in the email address. The mailbox is no longer in use. To fix this issue, please verify that your email is correct. If your email is correct and valid, contact us so that we can assist in troubleshooting your issue.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    We typically process orders within 1-3 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays). We ship via USPS and sometimes UPS (for larger orders). Time frames for shipping will vary but typically range from 1-5 days, depending on your location. If delays are expected due to high demand or inventory issues or any other issues, you will be notified. We cannot control how long it takes USPS or UPS to delivery your package after it leaves our facility.
  • What should I do if I have not received my order?
    All orders come with a tracking # from USPS or UPS. The first thing you should do it check your tracking information. If you did not receive an email with tracking information, please contact us and we will provide it to you. Also, see FAQ "Why am I not receiving any email communication?"
  • What should I do if USPS could not deliver my order?
    Contact USPS to discuss your options. Once you have spoken with them and there is nothing that they can do on their end, please reach out to us so that we can see if there is anything that we can do on our end to help. Although we do everything possible to resolve your issue. We do not make any guarantees.
  • What if I don't like my game? (However, we know you will love it!)"
